Small-Scale Farming

Agriculture plays a vital role in daily life, and through our small-scale farming project, students learn the fundamentals of planting, nurturing, and harvesting crops. They actively participate in preparing the soil, planting seeds, and maintaining the garden while understanding the importance of sustainable farming. This experience helps them appreciate the effort behind food production and encourages a sense of responsibility. Additionally, students gain knowledge about different types of crops, soil management, and the impact of weather on agriculture. By engaging in farming, they also develop patience and teamwork, as they work together to care for the plants and see the results of their hard work over time.

Bookmaking

Our bookmaking project nurtures creativity and literacy by allowing students to design, write, and bind their own books. This hands-on approach strengthens their storytelling abilities while improving their handwriting, reading, and artistic skills. From brainstorming ideas to illustrating and assembling their books, students take full ownership of their creative works. Beyond just writing, this project teaches students the value of organization and attention to detail. As they put together their stories, they learn how books are structured and how to present ideas in a clear and engaging way. It also builds their confidence, as they get to share their finished books with classmates, teachers, and parents.

Bakery

Through our bakery project, students explore the art and science of baking while learning valuable life skills. They work together to mix ingredients, measure quantities, and bake different items such as bread, cookies, and cakes. This project introduces them to the concept of precision, following instructions, and understanding the role of each ingredient in baking. In addition to the practical aspects, students develop teamwork and entrepreneurial skills. They learn about budgeting for ingredients, pricing their baked goods, and even organizing small bake sales. This helps them grasp financial literacy at an early age while fostering creativity and responsibility in a fun and engaging way.
